What are the Product Categories that do not allow Physical Return (Non-Returnable)?
Items that You Can’t Return
There are some items purchased on Yambo Shop that you can’t return. Among them are Perishable products, digital items, cards, undergarment and products that are unsafe for return.

- Open software
- Online subscriptions after you accessed them
- Other virtual items
- Tickets, Vouchers & Services
Cards
- Gift cards (except as required by law)
- Prepaid game cards (for example, World of Warcraft, Xbox 360 Live, Wii Points)
Undergarment
- Due to the unique nature of intimate apparel, returns are not supported.
Others
- Any product missing the serial number or UPC
- Yambo Fresh and Grocery Products
- Items with special shipping restrictions
- Live insects
- Some jewelry orders
- Some health and personal care orders
- Customized products
- The item has a bad odour
- The item has signs of use
Note: If you’ve purchased a new mobile phone, desktop, laptop, tablet, or other electronic item from Yammboshop.com and haven’t used or activated it, you can return it for no reason. Please make sure to keep it in the original packaging with all accessories included, and ensure everything is undamaged so it can be resold. For issues related to product quality of difficulites with the return or refund, please contact the relevant seller or our customer service promptly for assistance.
Besides, the ‘No longer needed’ does not apply to the below extra conditions:
- plane and train tickets, as well as concert tickets, hotel bookings, car rental reservations and catering services for specific dates
- goods and drinks delivered to you by regular delivery – for example a milk delivery
- goods made to order or clearly personalised – such as a tailor-made suit
- sealed audio, video or computer software, such as DVDs, that you have unsealed
- online digital content, if you have already started downloading or streaming it and you agreed that you would lose your right of withdrawal by starting the performance
- goods bought from a private individual rather than a company/trader
- urgent repairs and maintenance contracts – if you call a plumber to repair a leaking shower, you can’t cancel the work once you have agreed on the price of the service
