Refund rules for shipping fee

1. What situations require me to pay the shipping cost?

If there are quality issues that you can demonstrate with supporting pics and/or videos, such as damage, a defect, or an item not as described etc., you won’t be required to pay for shipping fees.

General policy

Please note, when the following situations occur, you need to pay for shipping fees:

-You opened an item quality dispute for a refund, returned the item, but after warehouse inspection, there were no issues found with the item.

-You didn’t return the correct item, for example returning a dress instead of a pair of jeans.

2.How is the shipping fee refunded to me?

Please prepay the return shipping fee, and keep proof of your shipping cost receipt (such as a photo). After the item passes our warehouse quality inspection, we’ll refund the order amount. At the same time, you can contact customer service to reimburse the shipping fee.

Please note:

-Take the item(s) you’re returning to a reliable postal service within the indicated return period. We recommend you avoid using a commercial shipping and delivery company, to prevent incurring higher costs. This is because Yambo Shop can only refund economy postal shipping fees.

-In some scenarios, delivery companies may not provide proof of delivery, which can cause a delay in getting refunds. We suggest that you contact the relevant delivery company in advance to cover yourself, and get them to prepare proof of your delivery.
