I’m size 8 in lululemon and i sized up on here instead of medium. It was the perfect compression for me. Reminds me of wunder train compression and it’s not cutting into my skin. I would say to size up in shorts and stay true to size in leggings. I’m trying to get the leggings now in medium instead of large. Quality is good and it’s super stretchy

If you are 120 pounds size up one size because i order small on others colors and they ribbed when doing squats has nothing to do with the fabric the fabric is amazing buttery soft and stretches it’s because of my booty and i am no longer a small i am medium now after bulking i gained couple pounds so if you weight 120 order medium if you have a booty because you will have a accident at the gym you don’t want that so size up if your also 116 118 i would still order medium because the difference is not too much in case you want to bulk 3 4 pounds extra after 116 118 will fit tight superrrrrr fa
