These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of yammboshop.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from Yammbo Shop (“Yammbo Shop”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and be able to enter into a binding contract to place an order.

2. Your Account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Products and Descriptions

We work hard to describe and display our products accurately. However, product images, colors and packaging are for illustration and may vary slightly from the item you receive. Products are subject to availability, and we may add, change or discontinue items at any time.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and may change without notice. The price that applies to your order is the price shown at checkout.
  • Applicable taxes and shipping fees, if any, are shown before you confirm your order.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe and PayPal. By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount.
  • We may correct any pricing errors and cancel affected orders, even after an order has been confirmed.

5. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, or limit quantities, at our discretion. An order confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel an order due to stock issues, suspected fraud, pricing errors or other reasons, and will refund any payment taken for a cancelled order.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are prepared and dispatched by our suppliers, warehouses and shipping partners, some of which may be located internationally. Estimated delivery is typically 4–8 business days, though some items may take longer depending on the product and destination. You will receive tracking information once your order ships. Delivery time frames are estimates and not guaranteed, and delays caused by carriers, customs or events beyond our control are not our responsibility. 7. Returns, Refunds and Warranty

We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may request a return within 30 days as described in our Returns Policy, and eligible products are covered by our Limited Warranty (12 months against manufacturing defects). Please review those pages for full conditions and instructions.

8. Promotions and Coupons

Discount codes and promotions are subject to their own terms, may have minimum spend or expiry requirements, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn or changed at any time.

9. Reviews and User Content

If you submit reviews, ratings or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display and reproduce it in connection with the Site. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing or offensive. We may remove content at our discretion.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, the Yammbo Shop name and the layout, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yammbo Shop will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any product purchased. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in North Carolina.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they were last revised, and your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
