30-Day Returns & Refunds
At Yammbo Shop your satisfaction comes first. If something isn’t right, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or a free replacement.
What can be returned
- Items in their original condition — unused, with all tags and original packaging.
- Products that arrived damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered (we cover the full cost, including return shipping).
What cannot be returned
- Personal-care, hygiene, or intimate items once opened.
- Custom or personalized products made to order.
- Gift cards and digital downloads.
How to start a return
- Email [email protected] with your order number and a short note (add a photo if the item is damaged or faulty).
- Our team replies within 24–48 hours with return instructions.
- Ship the item back, or — for damaged/wrong items — simply keep us posted while we send a replacement.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
