Every product sold by Yammbo Shop is covered by a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the delivery date. If your item fails because of a fault in materials or workmanship under normal use, we’ll make it right.
What’s covered
- Defects in materials or workmanship under normal, intended use.
- Functional failures that are not caused by the customer.
What’s not covered
- Accidental damage, drops, liquid damage, or misuse.
- Normal wear and tear, and consumable parts (batteries, filters, cables with heavy use).
- Damage from unauthorized repairs or modifications.
How to make a warranty claim
- Email [email protected] with your order number and a description (photos or a short video help us resolve it faster).
- Our team reviews your claim within 24–48 hours.
- Depending on the case, we’ll arrange a repair, a free replacement, or a refund.
