IPS hard screen technology changes the arrangement of liquid crystal molecules, and uses horizontal conversion technology to make the LCD screen faster and more stable. I bought this screen for a switch-like raspberry pi gaming handheld. The screen shipped to me in 12 days, 2 days before the expected date. There are no scratches or damage on it. I got this screen on sale so including fees it was $14.25 usd. The viewing angles and colors leave a little to be desired, but for the price i think it is a great deal. One downside that still affects most tech stuff i have bought online. The screen still uses micro usb ports for the power and touch instead of the universal type c ports. Not a huge drawback, but still an annoyance.

Excellent deal: the price, the touch screen function, the display, the shipping speed and packing, all exceeded expectations. Be aware that the resolution is 1024×600, not the often expected 1920×1080 with hdmi interface.

Honestly shocked at how good this is for the price. I ordered 3, one came in a damaged box and i was sceptical, but it works fine without any damage. Would highly recommend this if you have a need. It states the item is for a raspberry pi, however it can be used with any hdmi output device (i have it on a mac mini)

It works as advertised. I’ll probably use it to make a mini raspberry pi based pc. Maybe even a retro handheld console. I’m not sure yet. But the screen definitely works.

Ips non-touch version with cables. great little monitor for all kinds of projects; the price is great. it is a 1024 x 600 monitor, so be sure your video source can produce this resolution. i am feeding this display with a neumi 1080p atom and it works flawlessly. i believe the neumi is downscaling to 1024 x 768 and “fitting to screen”. the display has two micro usb-b connectors (one for power, one for “touch”). the hdmi connector on this display is a “full-size” hdmi connector (not a “mini hdmi”). there is a thin metal bezel around the display which is a “silvery” metallic grey (“galvanized”)

Amazing little screens. a bit annoying that they need microusb instead of usbc but it’s manageable, and the display looks great. box came quite crunched from transit but they packed it well enough that there wasn’t any damage. haven’t had any problems at all!

Really decent quality for the price, would recommend buying. res is pretty good, haven’t tried the touch screen capability but i figure it works. plastic is still on screen in my picture
